Enterprise Login (SSO)

Some organizations sign in through their own identity provider (for example Keycloak, Microsoft Entra ID, or Auth0) using Single Sign-On (SSO). If your organization uses SSO, you do not set a separate CrowdVision password — you authenticate with your company account.

You need a CrowdVision account first

SSO links your company identity to an existing CrowdVision account; it does not create one. If you have never signed in, create a standard account first (see Account Registration, then complete the SSO link below.

How it works

Steps

  1. Sign in to CrowdVision (or create a standard account) and open the Domains view.
  2. Choose your organization’s domain and start the SSO sign-in.
  3. You are redirected to your company’s login page.
  4. Authenticate with your usual company credentials.
  5. You are returned to CrowdVision. Your membership and role are set automatically based on your company group, and the domain now appears in your Domains list.

Your role is decided by your organization

With SSO, your CrowdVision role (administrator, staff, or standard) is derived from the group you belong to in your company directory. If your access looks wrong, contact your organization’s administrator.
