User Guide
Once you have logged in and selected your organization’s domain, the Dashboard serves as your primary command center for real-time analytics.
Unlike the 3D Digital Twin, which provides a spatial view, the Dashboard gives you a comprehensive tabular overview of all rooms within a selected building at a single glance.
At the top of the dashboard, you will find two primary controls:
The core of the dashboard is the live data table. It automatically updates to provide real-time metrics for every room in the selected building.
Here is a breakdown of what each column tells you:
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Room | The unique identifier, name, or number of the room. |
| Status | A quick-read text indicator of how full the room is (see the logic below). |
| Teacher | The name of the staff member currently scheduled for that room (if applicable). |
| Temp | The current live temperature of the room. |
| People | The real-time count of occupants currently detected by the room’s sensors. |
| Capacity | The maximum allowed number of people for the room for safety and comfort. |
To help you identify potential bottlenecks or safety hazards instantly, CrowdVision automatically calculates a status based on the percentage of the room’s capacity currently filled.
Look out for these color-coded indicators:
If you are setting up CrowdVision on a dedicated display monitorβlike in a public lobby, a hallway, or a security control roomβyou will want to use Fullscreen Mode.
How to use it:
What happens next? The interface will immediately hide the side navigation menus and the top bar, expanding the data table to fill the entire screen. The text size is also automatically scaled up, making the dashboard highly readable from a distance.
π‘ Exiting Fullscreen: To go back to the normal view, simply press the
Esckey on your keyboard or click the Fullscreen icon again.
