💡 The Big Picture CrowdVision seamlessly connects physical spaces to the digital world. By combining real-time sensor data with interactive 3D models, it gives you a complete, live picture of your facilities.
Understanding CrowdVision is easy once you know its four core pillars. Here is a step-by-step look at how the platform helps you manage your spaces.
Everything in CrowdVision is organized into Domains. A domain represents a distinct organization, campus, or environment.
With our Multi-Domain Management feature, you don’t need multiple logins. You can seamlessly switch between different organizations (like a main university campus and a separate engineering faculty) using a single account.
Once you select a domain, you can step into the Model View. This is an interactive 3D representation of your building.
Instead of looking at flat floor plans, you can:
If the Digital Twin is your eyes, the Dashboard is your command center. It translates all the live sensor data into a clean, easy-to-read tabular format.
For every room, CrowdVision automatically calculates an Occupancy Status based on live headcounts vs. maximum capacity:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Empty | 0% Occupancy (Green) |
| Normal | 1% – 50% Occupancy (Blue) |
| Crowded | 51% – 95% Occupancy (Orange) |
| Full / Overcrowded | 96%+ Occupancy (Red) |
📺 Pro Tip: Use Focus Mode to cast the dashboard to large screens in lobbies or control rooms for better long-distance readability!
Stop digging through complex tables. The AI Assistant is integrated directly into the platform to help you manage data using natural language.
Simply click the ✨ Sparkle Icon and ask questions like:
The AI reasons about the data and can even suggest actions, like recommending alternative rooms when one is full.
