Domain Administration
The Administrator Panel is the control centre for domain owners and staff. From here you configure your domains, upload buildings, and onboard new members.

Managing your domains
Your domains are listed on the left. From there you can:
- Add a new domain — create a main domain or a subdomain.
- Upload Building Data (JSON) — attach a building’s 3D layout to the selected domain (see Upload a Digital Twin.
- Enable Notifications — turn on alert delivery for the domain (see Notifications.
Onboarding members with QR codes
CrowdVision onboards new members with time-based, one-time codes (OTP), generated per role.
- Select a domain in your list to open its security details.
- Find the token and QR codes on the right. There is a different QR code for each role you can grant.
- Share the QR code for the role you want to assign. The new member scans it with an authenticator app and enters the six-digit code during registration to join with the correct role (see Account Registration.
Share the right code
Each QR code maps to a specific role. Share the staff code with staff and the administrator code only with people who should administer the domain.
